Meet Donina - Founder & CEO

Hi! I'm Donina - and I started Perfect Seven Strategies on a fluke.

I have a corporate background, having worked for top brands and spent a bulk of it reading and negotiating contracts. I wasn't an attorney, but I think like one. (Even the legendary Neil Diamond's attorney thought I was a lawyer when she and I went toe-to-toe on his venue contract, but I digress...)

I somehow found my way into corporate events where my brain found its home. Event planning and management was my jam, and I was good at it - until world events took the wind out of it and me, so I parked it and decided to work for a company - which, it turned out, had no operations leader, and had been disastrously winging it for years.

And that was a turning point - their lack of an operations strategy made me realize my next steps. And to be honest - I'm also my own case study in my event management business. I was doing all the things an event manager and entrepreneur does - get the clients and perform the service. Except that my back-end was messy - because I was too busy hustling to try to find the next client and event gig.

And Perfect Seven Strategies came to be.

When I’m not busy auditing workflows or looking at strategies for my clients, you can usually find me leaning into the good life:

Foodie Life: I love good food and drinks, so if there’s a new spot with incredible small plates and a killer cocktail list, I’m there.

My passport isn't lonely: Travel is my reset button. It's my mental and physical escape. Luxury hotels, local jaunts, people-watching, and making new international friends keeps me going.

Healthy Balance: While I'm an admitted foodie, I make sure fitness is a top priority. And even though I enjoy an occasional night out, a quiet night in friends and a great few rounds of board games hits the spot.
